Linprofs monitoring but no .. actual action. And that action bit? That’s what I wanted but no clue how to get there.

Linprofs: was missing… actual action. Just monitoring and focus on opensource was fine, but I was contiuously expecting something more. Fucking disconnect again.. Plus some strange stuff where the first call ‘proper plan’ second call, 10m later: ‘utter shit’

To quickly add more value in this lateral move I used my Scrum/Agile knowledge and experience to

structure the company’s processes to increase predictability of the company. This was done by coaching

both management and engineers in the methodologies of this process.

I also contributed to the OpenSIEM product which markets itself as a monitoring tool within the security

domain based on open source tooling.

Due to a difference in vision with regards to what the job entailed, our roads diverged earlier then we both

had foreseen.
